Delete Your Account
You can delete your BabyBase account entirely from within the app.
⚠️ Before you continue — please read carefully
- Account deletion is irreversible. Once confirmed, your account cannot be recovered.
- Deletion may take up to 30 days to be fully completed across all systems.
- All of your data will be permanently deleted— including your baby's profile, milestones, photos, logs, and any shared content. This data cannot be recovered after deletion.
How to delete your account
Account deletion is fully self-service — you can do it directly from within the BabyBase app at any time. No need to email us or submit a request.
- Open the BabyBase app on your device.
- Tap your profile or navigate to the Settings screen (usually accessible via a gear icon or from your profile menu).
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Read the confirmation prompt carefully, then confirm your decision to proceed.
Once you confirm, your account will be queued for deletion. You will receive a confirmation email. The deletion process may take up to 30 days to complete across all of our systems. During this period your account will no longer be accessible.
What gets deleted
When your account is fully deleted, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- All baby profiles associated with your account
- All milestone entries, photos, and notes
- All feeding, sleep, and health log data
- Any family sharing connections and shared data
- Subscription and billing records (subject to applicable tax regulations)
